The scheme “Mukhyamantri Aarthik Kalyan Yojana” was launched by the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Government of Madhya Pradesh on 1st August 2014.

Benefit: The maximum cost of the project under this scheme will be ₹50000/-. Under this scheme, the margin money assistance at 50% of the project cost (maximum ₹15,000/-) will be payable by the government to the beneficiary. The minimum period of the initial moratorium will be 6 months and after the initial moratorium, the loan repayment will be in 5 years.

The scheme "Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jaati Vishesh Pariyojana Vitt Poshan Yojana" under the Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste Department, Madhya Pradesh, aims to provide financial assistance for special project proposals received in the interest of the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.

Benefit: The scheme offers a 100% grant based on government approval for project proposals from line departments, recommended by the evaluation committee.

This is a flagship scheme of the Bihar government aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment among the youth by providing financial assistance for setting up businesses.

Benefit: Substantial Financial Support: Receive up to ₹10,00,000/- for setting up a business (50% of the total financial assistance (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is provided as a non-repayable grant. The remaining 50% (up to ₹5,00,000/-) is offered as an interest-free loan, with a nominal 1% interest under specific sub-schemes.) - Skill Development: Mandatory training sessions are provided to enhance entrepreneurial skills.

The “Mukhyamantri Anusoochit Jaati Evam Anusoochit Janajati Chhatrawas Anudan Yojana” was launched by the SC and ST Welfare Department, Government of Bihar aims to provide financial assistance in every month to the students studying in Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe hostels.

Benefit: Grant of ₹1,000/- per month.

The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to SC & ST candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination of Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by the BPSC, Patna, and the UPSC, New Delhi, to support their preparation for main examination/interview.

Benefit: Under this scheme, candidates who pass the preliminary examination of Civil Services Competitive Examinations are eligible for the following incentives: 1. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who pass the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹50,000/- for further preparation. 1. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates who pass the Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Competitive Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi, will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹1,00,000/- for further preparation.

The scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Caste beneficiaries. Through this scheme, sheep and goat units are provided free of cost, along with veterinary assistance, to eligible unemployed Scheduled Caste families.

Benefit: Sheep Unit: 20 Ewes and one Ram with Green Fodder cum Salt Block Feeder free of cost. 1. Goat Unit: 20 Does and one Buck with Green Fodder cum Salt Block Feeder free of cost.1. Veterinary Assistance: All animals in the established unit will receive deworming, vaccination, and treatment free of cost by the concerned Veterinary Institution.1. Wool Purchase Assistance: Assistance for purchasing wool from the established unit will be provided by the department. Financial Assistance in form of subsidy for establishment of Sheep/Goat unit under the Scheme:- 100% subsidy for the establishment of a Sheep and Goat unit of 10 females and 1 male would be provided to the Scheduled Caste (SC). Initially beneficiary has to bear purchase cost of Sheep and Goat unit by there-own for 25% of the unit cost which will be of ₹17,500/- per unit as margin money (proof for the same should be given by beneficiary), which would be provided to beneficiary account later on as per scheme guidelines. In the case of SC Category, the Haryana Livestock Development Board (HLDB)/Government will provide financial assistance of 75% of the unit cost (₹52,500/- per unit) on the establishment of the livestock unit after the purchase of livestock to the seller within 15 days, upon submission of all requisite documents. The financial assistance of balance 25% of unit cost (₹17,500/- per unit) in case of SC beneficiaries would be provided by the HLDB/Government in form of subsidy to beneficiary after two months of establishment of unit subject to verification of unit after purchase of all cases preferably by Deputy Director concerned himself or its representative not below the rank of Sub Divisional Officer/Semen Bank Officer other than purchase committee. Beneficiaries shall have to purchase a complete/whole Sheep/Goat unit of 10+1 in one slot, and only one beneficiary per household could take the benefit of either Sheep or Goat unit under the scheme. The financial assistance would be provided to the account of the seller through Concerned Semen Bank officer by the Managing Director, HLDB, out of the head of overall receipt of Milk Cess funds after verification and recommendation of the unit established by the Deputy Director concerned or its representative not below the rank of SDO/ SBO. The financial assistance may be delayed due to the unavailability of the budget or any other unforeseen circumstances. The beneficiary would be provided veterinary assistance facilities (Treatment, vaccination and consultancy) by the concerned area veterinary institutions free of cost. Assistance for the purchase of wool from an established unit would be provided by the Department.

The scheme aims to increase milk production and promote improved livestock breeding by providing two Murrah buffaloes to eligible farmers on a subsidy basis.

Benefit: Subsidy Process: General Category: 50% subsidy and 50% beneficiary contribution. Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Scheduled Caste farmers: 75% subsidy and 25% beneficiary contribution. Provision of 2 Murrah Buffaloes with high genetic quality, each yielding 8–10 liters of milk daily. Pregnant buffaloes (5 months or more) are provided to ensure immediate milk production.

This scheme aims to provide safe housing for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Extremely Backward Classes whose existing group housing under previous schemes has become broken down.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹1,20,000/- (Provided in three installments: ₹40,000/- each through Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT).

The scheme is implemented by Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes Dept., Govt. of Haryana to promote communal harmony by encouraging inter-caste marriages. The scheme provides financial assistance of ₹2.5 lakhs to couple when a Non-Scheduled Caste boy or girl marries with a SC girl/boy.

Benefit: Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹2,50,000/- is given to the couple when a Non-Scheduled Caste boy or girl marries a Scheduled Caste girl/boy. Note: Out of the total ₹2,50,000/-, ₹1,25,000/- will be directly transferred to the joint account of the couple immediately after the marriage. The remaining ₹1,25,000/- will be deposited in the couple's joint fixed deposit account for a lock-in period of 3 years, without the facility for its pre-mature encashment.

The scheme "Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sahayata Yojana" by the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, & Backward Classes Welfare Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, aims to provide medical financial aid to beneficiaries. It covers illnesses, surgeries, & nutritional support during & after treatment.

Under this scheme, farmers from SC and ST categories are eligible for a subsidy covering 75% of the unit cost (up to ₹25,000/-) for digging a tube well and 75% of the unit cost (up to ₹15,000/-) for the successful installation of a tube well submersible pump.

Benefit: Subsidy for Tube Well Digging: - A grant of 75% of the unit cost (up to a maximum of ₹25,000/-), is provided for digging a tube well. - Applicable for both successful and unsuccessful digging. Subsidy for Submersible Pump Installation: - A grant of 75% of the unit cost (up to a maximum of ₹15,000/-), is provided for the successful installation of a submersible pump on a tube well. - Applicable only for successful installation of a Submersible Pump. Note: The subsidy is transferred to the bank account of the farmers.

The scheme provides vocational guidance, confidence-building programmes, personality development sessions, practice in typing and shorthand, special coaching for competitive exams, and computer training courses. The applicant must be an educated, unemployed SC/ST jobseeker.

Benefit: The scheme offers Vocational Guidance and Career Counselling Services to educated SC/ST jobseekers. The scheme provides Practice in Typing and Shorthand to ensure registrants maintain their speed while waiting on the Live Register of Employment Exchanges. The scheme offers a Special Coaching Scheme to prepare candidates for competitive examinations and selection tests for Group “C” or equivalent posts (e.g., General English, General Awareness, Computer Training). The scheme provides Computer Training Courses through outsourcing, including ‘O’ Level Software/Hardware training, Office Automation, and Cyber Secured Web Development. The scheme provides a monthly stipend of ₹1,000/- per candidate. The scheme provides free books and stationery worth ₹1,000/- per candidate for the entire course. _The stipend is paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), subject to the candidate maintaining 80% attendance in a particular month._

A scholarship scheme by MoSJE for regular, full-time students from Scheduled Castes, Denotified Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes, Landless Agricultural Labourers and Traditional Artisans; to obtain higher education viz., Master degree or Ph.D courses by studying abroad

No Booking charges/excess baggage/cancellation charges & other add-ons will be reimbursed to awardees. Note: The awardees will claim reimbursement of airfare from their respective Indian Mission abroad after joining the University and providing a joining report from the University. The conditions will be effective from 1st Jan 2022. Return tickets will be booked by Indian Mission abroad as per Clause 11(iii) of the scheme guidelines.

The National Scheme of Incentive to Girls for Secondary Education promotes the girl child's enrolment of 14-18 years age group at secondary stage, who passes class 8th and subsequently drops out for various socio-economic reasons.

Benefit: A sum of ₹3000/- would be deposited under term deposit/ fixed deposit in a public sector bank or in a post office in the name of every eligible girl child. The term/ period of the deposit may be counted from the date of deposit to the date on which the girl child attains the age of 18 years. No premature withdrawal will be allowed.

The scheme "Opening and Maintenance of Boys and Girls Hostels” by the Adi Dravidar Welfare Dept, Government of Puducherry, provides boarding/lodging and hostel facilities to Scheduled Caste students in pursuance of their education and to dissuade dropping of education at school and college level.

Benefit: Free Lodging. Free Boarding. Cash Payment in Lieu of 2 Pairs of Clothing. Conveyance Charges for 6 Times (3 Down and 3 Up) in a Year.

The scheme "Operation of SC Senior Hostel" provides accommodations and a conducive learning environment for Scheduled Caste students. Through this scheme, separate junior, senior, and college hostels with free boarding and lodging facilities are provided to both boys and girls.

The "Paduke Kuteera Scheme" provides roadside cobblers engaged in repair work or footwear production with a steel-made kiosk (Paduke Kuteera) and a tool kit free of cost. The unit cost of each Kuteera is ₹1,25,000, and the scheme includes a signage board display arrangement.

The "Passenger Auto Rickshaw Loan Scheme" introduced by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department offers financial assistance in the form of loans to Scheduled Caste individuals from Antyodaya families to purchase passenger auto rickshaws and enhance their livelihood opportunities.

Benefit: Financial assistance in the form of a loan.

The "Passenger Vehicle/Loading Vehicle Loan Scheme" introduced by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department provides financial support to unemployed individuals from Antyodaya Caste for purchasing passenger or freight vehicles.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious Higher Secondary School Students of Odisha having proficiency in Mathematics.

Benefit: The students of Class XI and XII fulfilling the eligibility criteria will receive ₹5,000/- per month for 10 months in a year. A student may enjoy more than one scholarship at a time, including PSMTS.
