This is a sub-scheme under the “Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS)”, implemented by the Dept. of Industries, U.T. Administration Of DNH & DD, that aims to provide additional tools/equipment to SC/ST/OBC/EWS communities to generate adequate income and self-employment.

The scheme “Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana” was launched by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, Government of NCT of Delhi vide Cabinet Decision No.2526 Dated 12-12-2017.

Benefit: A monthly stipend of ₹2500/- per student will be paid for local students for attending the coaching classes. 1. Under the scheme, 75% of the admissible coaching fee amount is to be provided by the Government and the remaining 25% is to be borne by the students. 1. In case of students having a total family income of up to ₹2.00 lacs, a full admissible coaching fee is to be provided by the Govt. Note 01: The institute would have to pay a stipend to each student on a monthly basis through PFMS/ ECS or cheque. Cash payment would not be allowed. Note 02: Benefits under the scheme can be availed by a particular student not more than twice, irrespective of the number of chances; he/she may be entitled to in a particular competitive examination. However, only 50 % of the admissible coaching fee is to be provided by the Govt. for students who avail of 2nd time coaching facility under the scheme. The coaching institution will also be required to take an undertaking from the students that they have not taken benefit more than twice under the scheme.

The "Jharkhand State Scheduled Caste Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme" promotes higher education among Scheduled Caste students in Jharkhand by providing financial assistance. This scheme aims to increase the participation of SC students in post-matric education.

The "Jharkhand State Scheduled Caste Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme" enhances the participation of Scheduled Caste students in pre-matric education and provides them with equal educational opportunities. Under this scheme, the Corporation provides loans to individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, whose annual family income does not exceed ₹1,80,000/-, in both rural and urban areas for purchasing animal-driven carts such as Jhota Buggis, camel carts, and mule carts.

The Department of School & Mass Education, Government of Odisha is awarding "Junior Merit Scholarship" under the Scheme 'e-medhabruti’ to provide financial assistance to the meritorious Higher Secondary School students of Odisha from families whose parental income does not exceed 6.00 lakhs.

Benefit: The students pursuing Class XI & XII in the Higher Secondary Schools of the State will receive a scholarship amount of ₹3000/- per year. The number of scholarships will be awarded to 10,000 students (Boys & Girls in 50:50 ratio).

The scheme is designed to support economically disadvantaged families belonging to the SC/ST and minority communities by providing one-time financial assistance for the marriage of their daughters.

Benefit: One-time financial assistance of ₹1,00,116/- for unmarried SC/ST and minority girls at the time of marriage. 1. One-time financial assistance of ₹1,25,145/- for disabled girls, irrespective of caste, under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 1. The amount is directly credited to the bride’s bank account. 1. Only one-time assistance is allowed in a lifetime.

The scheme "Kanya Dhan Scheme for SC Students" by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa. Through this scheme, an amount of ₹ 25,000/- is provided to the girl students of the Scheduled Caste Communities once they pass the 12th standard board examination (or equivalent).

Benefit: An amount of ₹ 25,000/- is provided as a fixed deposit in the name of the girl child and the officer nominated by the government. NOTE: The amount is disbursed to the beneficiaries after they pass the 12th standard board (or equivalent) examination.

Under this scheme, Scheduled Caste girls who pass the Class 10th and enroll in the Class 11th at a government or recognized institution and study regularly are given an incentive of ₹3,000/- per year.

Benefit: Under this scheme, all Scheduled Caste girl students who have passed Class 10 and are entering Class 11 will receive an incentive of ₹3,000/- per year. Note: The incentive amount will be paid into the bank accounts of the girl students.

The main objective of this scheme is to improve the financial condition of the scheduled castes and Nav-Buddhists who are landless workers and are from "Below Poverty Line". Only citizens who are permanent residents of Maharashtra are eligible. This scheme is 100% funded by the State Govt.

Benefit: The beneficiary is provided with 2-acre irrigated land or 4-acre non-irrigated land on 50% of the subsidy and 50% is loan.

The "Kayaka Spoorthi Scheme" aims to provide financial assistance to women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) engaged in the leather industry. The goal is to promote self-sufficiency and economic independence by enabling these women to start or expand business activities related to leatherwork.

Benefit: Financial Assistance of ₹2,50,000/- per SHG with 10 members. NOTE: Each member gets ₹15,000/- as a subsidy and ₹10,000/- as a loan from the corporation. 33% representation for women artisans and 5% for physically challenged individuals.

The scheme "Kishori Balika Yojana" by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh aims to provide vocational, health, and hygiene training to adolescent girls. Through this scheme, training and material assistance are provided to the girls.

Benefit: Each Anganwadi center selects 2 adolescent girls, 1 Anganwadi worker, and 1 Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) for a two-day master trainer training at monthly intervals. Master trainers provide vocational, health, and hygiene training at the Gram Panchayat level. A two-day master trainer training program is provided at monthly intervals.

The scheme aims to provide financial support to individuals belonging to SC category suffering from incurable & serious diseases. Under this scheme, Medical Assistance is provided to Scheduled Caste patients diagnosed with life-threatening conditions such as TB, Leukemia, & other critical illnesses.

Benefit: Medical Assistance is provided to Scheduled Caste patients for treatment of incurable and critical diseases like TB, Leukemia, and other serious conditions.

The scheme was initiated in 1991. Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided on the occasion of the marriage of two adult girls belonging to the Scheduled Caste category.

Benefit: Scheduled caste girls who marry after 01/04/2021 will receive financial assistance of ₹12,000/- under the scheme. 1. Scheduled caste girls who marry before 01/04/2021 will receive financial assistance of ₹10,000/- under the scheme.

"Laghu Vyavassay Scheme" is an economic empowerment scheme by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Govt of Haryana. In this scheme, loans are provided to individuals from Scheduled Castes for self-employment/ income-generating activities.

Benefit: Loan for various economic development schemes having unit cost up to ₹2,00,000/-. Margin Money at 10% of the project cost. Subsidy at 50% of the total project cost, subject to a maximum of ₹10,000/-.

The scheme "Laptop Scheme for Meritorious Students of SC/ST" by the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Government of Goa aims to provide laptops to the meritorious students who were born in Goa.

Benefit: Laptop is provided to the meritorious student.

The scheme “Legal Aid to Scheduled Castes and Vimukat Jatis Scheme” was launched by the Department of Welfare of Schedule Castes and Backward Classes, Haryana on 13th February 1961.

Benefit: An amount of ₹22000/- is paid to the member of Scheduled Castes & Vimukat Jatis for defending his/her cases relating to the Land, Rent, etc. pending in the court.

In this scheme, for a loan limit from ₹50,001 to ₹5,00,000/-, 20% of the Project cost loan as Seed Capital is paid by the Corporation @ 4% interest per annum. A maximum of ₹10,000/- will be paid as a subsidy by Corporation. A 5% amount of project cost will have to be contributed by the beneficiary.

Benefit: For a loan limit from ₹50,001 to ₹5,00,000/-, 20% of the Project Cost Loan as Seed Capital is paid by the Corporation @ 4% interest per annum. A maximum of ₹10,000/- will be paid as a subsidy by Corporation. A 5% amount of project cost will have to be contributed by the beneficiary as his share. Balance 75% of the project cost will be paid by Bank at the existing rate. The said amount of the loan is to be refunded within 36 to 60 monthly installments.

Being implemented particularly for the Charmakar Community, the "Training Scheme" is a scheme by the Leather Industries Development Corporation (LIDCOM), Govt. of Maharashtra. This scheme is being implemented for the students to enable them to start their own businesses, trade, or get a job.

Benefit: This scheme is being implemented for the students to enable them to start their own businesses, trade, or get a job. The training includes: a) Training Programme for Footwear Designing through Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. b) Training Programme for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). c) Smartness Quotient Booster Training Programme.

The scheme aims to promote self-employment among Scheduled Castes. It provides financial aid, including loans, margin money, and grants, for livelihood projects.
