"Capital Investment Subsidy: SC/ST/Women Entrepreneurs" is a scheme by the Department of Industrial Development (Industries and Commerce), Union Territory of Puducherry. The department extends subsidies for the investments made on land, buildings, plants & machinery @ 25%.

Benefit: For Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Women Entrepreneurs Subsidy for the investments made on land, building, plant & machinery @ 25% thereof subject to a maximum of ₹25,00,000/-. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneurs Subsidy at the rate of 25% on the land, building and plant & machinery subject to a cumulative maximum of ₹50,00,000/-. Number of Installments The subsidy shall be disbursed in a single instalment. NOTE: Where due to paucity of funds in a particular financial year or for such other reasons as the case may be, single instalment disbursement is not possible, such disbursement will be made in instalments. Mode of Disbursement In the case of Units Financed by Financial Institutions/Banks, the subsidy amount shall be disbursed through the financial institutions/banks only, towards the adjustment against the loan availed by the entrepreneurs or for the creation of additional fixed assets or working capital purposes. In the case of Self-financed Units, the subsidy shall be disbursed directly to the entrepreneurs.

"Outstanding SC/ST Entrepreneur" under “Motivation of Entrepreneurs to Start Industries and Fiscal Assistance to Industries - State Awards to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises” is a scheme by the Industries and Commerce Dept, UT of Puducherry, formulated to award the best SC/ST entrepreneurs.

Benefit: Cash Award of ₹2,00,000/- and a Citation.

"Super 30" was launched by the Directorate of Secondary Education, Tripura. The scheme aims to provide free coaching for JEE/ NEET to the students who are appearing in the class 10th Board Final Exam and want to pursue Science Stream in Class 11th & 12th with the aspiration to crack JEE/NEET.

Benefit: The scheme covers the coaching fees (capped at ₹1,00,000/-) & the accommodation fees of ₹1,40,000/- per annum (with 5% extra in 2nd year), for attaining a two-year coaching programme for JEE/ NEET at a nationally reputed Coaching Institution outside Tripura.

The Aaws Bhatta Sahaayata Yojana Government of Madhya Pradesh runs this scheme for those poor students belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe of its state whose college is very far from their house and they have to rent accommodation near the college to study.

Benefit: In Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Ujjain cities ₹2,000/- per student per month. At district headquarters ₹1,250/- per student per month. At the tehsil and development block level ₹1,000/- per student per month.

This scheme aims to provide additional financial assistance of ₹500/- per month to children of individuals working in cleaning/sanitation profession. This assistance is given to students already receiving a scholarship under Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme, ensuring their continued education.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: - This scheme provides ₹500/- per month as additional financial assistance to children of individuals working in the cleaning/sanitation profession. Note: Assistance will be provided for a maximum of 10 months per year.

The scheme provides hostel facilities to all boys and girls boarders studying up to XII Standard.

Benefit: Accommodation: Hostel facility for all Boys/ Girls Boarders studying upto XII Standard.

The scheme “Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department-Incentive/Award of Prizes” offers incentives to One Boy and One Girl each from Adi Dravidar/ Tribal/ Adi Dravidar Converted to Christianity who have secured highest mark who have achieved top marks in 10th and 12th standard examinations.

Benefit: 10+2 Examination: ₹3,000/-. - 10th Std. First Prize: ₹1,000/-. - 10th Std. Second Prize: ₹5,00/-. - 10th Std. Third Prize: ₹3,00/-.

The scheme offers cash awards to students from the Adi Dravidar, Tribal communities, and Adi Dravidar converts to Christianity for excelling in academic subjects in 10th and Plus 2 examinations.

Benefit: For plus 2 Examination: ₹2,000/-. - For 10th Examination: ₹1,000/-.

This scheme provides free education for Adi Dravidar, Tribal and Adi Dravidar (Converted to Christianity) students up to 12th standard, covering tuition fees, which are reimbursed by the government.

Benefit: Reimbursement: Full reimbursement of tuition fees for students up to the 12th standard.

The scheme provides reimbursement of public examination fees for 10th and 12th standard students from the Adi Dravidar, Tribal, and Adi Dravidar Converted to Christianity communities, with no income limit.

This scheme provides free textbooks to students from 1st to 12th standard in Adi Dravidar and Tribal welfare schools.

This scheme provides education benefits by admitting top Adi Dravidar/Tribal Students into reputed private schools for Plus One, covering 320 students annually across districts.

Benefit: Admission Assistance: Free admission into reputed private schools for Plus One. - Financial Coverage: ₹28,000/- per year, including boarding charges.

The scheme “AGR 4 (Farm Mechanization) Scheme for SC Farmers” was started by the Department of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

Benefit: The beneficiary will get financial assistance for the purchase of agricultural equipment/components such as Power Tillers, Rice Transplanter, Self-Propelled Machinery, Tractor/Power Tiller operated Implements /tools, Electric Motor operated, etc.

The scheme aims to provide subsidised seeds, fertilizers, and organic inputs to Scheduled Caste farmers to improve agricultural productivity.

Benefit: Subsidized Rates: SC farmers receive essential agricultural inputs like seeds and fertilizers at significantly reduced costs. - Access to Quality Inputs: The scheme ensures farmers have access to high-quality minor and micro-elements, castor cake, neem cake, liquid fermented organic manure, or green manure seeds. - Reduced Cultivation Costs: By providing subsidized inputs, the scheme lowers the overall cost of cultivation, helping to improve the economic viability of farming for SC cultivators.

The scheme aims to support students from SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories by providing financial aid for accommodation. The students receive ₹2,000/- per month for up to 10 months per academic year.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹2,000/- per month for a maximum of 10 months per academic year. Note: Students will be paid on monthly/monthly basis. Duration of Benefit: Maximum 5 years per student. Total Number of Beneficiaries: 5,000 students annually.

The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from the Scheduled Caste category for research at the Ph.D. level. The selected students receive a monthly fellowship grant to support their research in specific subjects.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: Selected Ph.D. candidates receive a monthly fellowship of ₹15,000 for up to three years. Mode of Disbursement: The fellowship amount is directly transferred to the student's bank account by cheque or DD. Duration: The fellowship continues for a maximum duration of 3 years, subject to satisfactory academic progress.

The "Ambedkar International Scholarship - SC" Scheme by the Rajasthan Social Justice and Empowerment Department provides financial assistance to meritorious SC students for pursuing Ph.D. studies in foreign universities in Humanities and Social Sciences.

Benefit: Financial Assistance: ₹25,00,000/- is granted to selected candidates in three installments: ₹10,00,000/- in the first year ₹10,00,000/- in the second year ₹5,00,000/- in the third year Scholarship Validity: Up to three years.

The scheme aims to boost entrepreneurship and innovation among SC students and SC differently-abled youth by providing focused support to translate innovative, technology-oriented business ideas into successful commercial enterprises. It offers equity funding and hand-holding support.

Benefit: Provision of equity assistance up to ₹30,00,000/- over a period of 3 years for identified innovative ideas from Scheduled Caste students in Technology Business Incubators (TBIs). The assistance covers costs toward Technology Business Incubator (TBI) accommodation cost, Hardware, Software, Fellowship, Travel and marketing, Intellectual Property (IP) filing, Tool-room expenses, and Co-workers. Successful ventures would further qualify for venture funding up to ₹15,00,00,000/- from the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes (VCF-SC). The Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes (VCF-SC) shall extend all support in the form of hand-holding, guidance, and mentoring. Disbursement Details The maximum capital of ₹30,00,000/- is disbursed at ₹10,00,000/- every year over a period of 3 years. The fund infused shall be in the form of Equity, Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS), or Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS). The tenure of financial assistance under Ambedkar Social Innovation and Incubation Mission (ASIIM) is 10 years, starting from the date of the first disbursement. Conditions _The equity assistance is subject to satisfactory evaluation of the progress by the concerned Technology Business Incubator (TBI)._ _The financial assistance shall be released to the entities/Companies promoted by these young Scheduled Caste entrepreneurs._ _Selected participants must form or have a private limited or limited company where the Scheduled Caste entrepreneur holds at least 51% shareholding._ _The entrepreneurs must bear the expenses required for forming a company during the 3-year incubation period._ _The entity must maintain the 51% Scheduled Caste shareholding along with management control until the assistance under the Ambedkar Social Innovation and Incubation Mission (ASIIM) is present in the company._ _The conversion of shares provided as funding to equity will be a maximum of 49% stake and will occur only after 3 years, differing on a case-to-case basis._ _Proprietary Firms, Partnership Firms, One Person Company (OPC), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), or any other establishment incorporated under any law in force should convert itself into a Private Limited or Public Limited company before receiving assistance under the fund._

This scheme provides subsidies on the distribution of sheep units, milch animals, and calves, as well as health coverage and artificial insemination for the animals. It is targeted at Tribal communities to improve their livelihood through animal husbandry.

Benefit: Subsidy: Subsidy of 50% to 75% on sheep units, milch animals, and calves. - Health Care Facility for Animals: Provision of health care and veterinary services. - Others: Artificial insemination for animals to improve breeding.

The scheme “Annal Ambedkar Business Champions Scheme (AABCS)” was launched by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of Tamil Nadu.

Benefit: Under the scheme, the State Government will provide a 35% capital subsidy on the Eligible Project Cost, not exceeding ₹1.5 Crore. 1. A 6% interest subvention will be given for loans sanctioned under this scheme. Note 01: Interest subvention will be given to loans sanctioned by scheduled Commercial Banks, Co-Operatives Banks, Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) during the tenure of the loan not exceeding 10 years. Note 02: The capital subsidy sanctioned will be provided frontend to the extent necessary to constitute margin money requirement for credit linkage. Note 03: The working capital sanctioned for the project shall be eligible for interest subvention for a period not exceeding 2 years.
